Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Yellow Rose. If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage, and must have original tags attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes sale items, any customized items and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued and return shipping will be coordinated.

For in-person purchases at First Monday Trade Days, returns must be made the following month and meet the same condition requirements.
